Class descriptions:

Level 1

This is a foundations class where we introduce and become familiar with Vinyasa yoga practice (moving breath to movement). We break down fundamental postures and spend time understanding alignment and set-up. All levels welcome - this class is as challenging or as simple as you make it!

Level 1.5

This dynamic yoga class takes the fundamentals to the next level. We introduce 3 new yoga postures from the foundations of our level 1 class. We workshop new poses to get deeper and gain more understanding. Modifications and variations are always available and offered for all levels!


In this uniquely challenging class, yoga meets barre. Set to a high-tempo playlist, yoga-barre will have your heart pumping, strengthen and tone your body, and increase flexibility. You’ll leave feeling energized, balanced and connected. This 60 minute full-body workout is available to all levels; modifications are always offered. 


Get ready to sweat! Set at noontime to increase the heat and get our heart rates up over the lunch hour. The intention of this class is to build muscle to strengthen our Vinyasa yoga practice. We'll incorporate weights into our flow; add strength training exercises, and even some cardio. Set to an electronic, up-beat playlist; get ready for a dance party!


To close out our week, we practice restorative. This style of yoga, a bit different than our level 1, 2, and sculpt yang style classes, has an intention of relaxing and releasing the muscles. We spend less time in fewer postures. We slow down and focus on our breath.
